Safety Verification & Quality Reports

Certifications & Quality

Our material handling products and sling systems adhere to rigorous national and international safety regulations.

ISO 9001:2015 Approved Management

Quality Assurance Principles

At Shubham Enterprise, quality is not a post-production checklist—it is integrated into every step of our manufacturing workflow. From direct metallurgical testing of incoming high-carbon steel cables to tensile load test calibrations of finished webbing loops, our processes ensure operator safety at site levels.

Every sling, shackle, and hoist is tested for structural stability. This compliance process minimizes breakdown probability, protecting valuable heavy machinery during logistics and infrastructure activities.

Traceable Batching: Every shipment carries serialized test reports matching physical markings.
Calibrated Testing: Load cells are calibrated regularly by government-approved calibration bodies.

Verification Pipeline

Quality Inspection Process

How we verify safe working load (SWL) limits before products leave our facility.

1

Consignment Inspection

Incoming steel cables and polyester yarns undergo physical strength and diameter analysis.

2

Splicing & Stitching Check

Mechanically pressed talurit sleeves are gauged. Webbing seams are checked for stitch density.

3

Proof-Load Testing

Slings are mounted on the hydraulic testing bench to examine tensile stretch under controlled force coefficients.

4

Marking & Dispatch Tagging

Certified batches receive standard identity metal load tags detailing batch numbers and safe working load limits.
